Caernarfonshire, in the North, takes in a piece of the newer county of Gwynedd and a piece of the even newer county of Conwy. Split into three divisions – Dwyfor to the South, Aberconwy to the north with Arfon in the middle – it spans from it’s lengthy, rugged coast line, interspersed with expansive sandy beaches and stony coves, to the top of the highest mountain peak in the whole of Wales and each division has it’s fair share of historic castles.
We have our own headquarters, “Felin Bach”, which consists of two fully equipped hostels set in 7 acres of woodland and a 12 acre campsite. It is situated close to the Snowdonia Mountains and to the walled town of Caernarfon.
