Women over 18 years old can become a uniformed Adult Leader, working with girls and young women between 5 - 25 in their local community. No special skills are needed, just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and an enjoyment of working with children and young women.
Training and support is given in this volunteer role. You will have the chance to develop your skills in team work, dealing with people, communicating, organisation and management, and tackling life's adventures!
