The Total Health and Rejuvenation Programme will enable you to:

- Learn about new kitchen equipment such as juicers, blenders, saladecco, sprouters etc.
- Learn how to sprout seeds, nuts and grains and how to grow wheatgrass, sunflower and buckwheat greens.
- Attend our seminars/talks explaining the program and giving you cutting edge information to help you heal your body, mind and spirit.
- Receive a training manual with useful information, recipes and dietary suggestions.
- Learn techniques to enable you to deal with both physical and emotional detoxification.
- Enjoy tasting the recipes prepared for you during the course.
Cost: 2 day (weekend/weekday) programme is £98.00 to include samplers/tea breaks
